Who are you?

We are a UK based online retailer and we sell a huge range of products to customers based in the United Kingdom and beyond.

What type of products do you sell?

We stock a wide range of products from a number of different suppliers inluding Action Figures, Toys, Games, Statues, Busts, Models and Graphic novels.

Is your web site safe?

Yes our web site is 100% safe and we constantly ensure we meet all the industry standards in order to make sure we stay that way.

How do I set up an account?

Simply complete the online registration form by clicking on the "My Account" tab on the Top Menu. Fill in all of the required fields before pressing submit. Once we have received your application, one of our account managers will call you back to discuss your new account.

How do I place an order?

Once your account has been set up you can add items to your basket by pressing the "BUY" button. When you have finished shopping you can pay by pressing the "Checkout Now" button.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes all prices quoted on the web site are inclusive of VAT.

When will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch all order within 24 hours of receipt. The length of time before you receive your order will depend upon your location.

How much is Carriage in the Mainland UK?

All orders placed on the web site for delivery to an address based in the mainland UK will be dispatched free of charge.

How much is Carriage to the Rest of the World?

We have a range of shipping rates based upon the country we are shipping to. This rate will be visible when you checkout.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes we accept most form of credit card with the exception of American Express.

Can I pay by Cheque?

No we only accept online payment methods.

Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

No we only accept online payment methods.

Can I pay via PayPal?

Yes this is an option that is available at Checkout.

How do I Complain?
